Shipping Policy

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. Please add an additional day to your estimated delivery time for fulfillment from our warehouse.

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If we are not able to ship within 2 business days for some reason, we will email you regarding your order.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Standard Shipping - Items in Stock

  • Estimated Delivery 4-7 working days. *Once your order has shipped.

Standard Shipping - Items Out of Stock / Custom Orders / On-Demand Orders

  • Backup of max 3 weeks. 
  • For custom designs. Maximum 3 weeks after the mockup is approved.

Returns

  • Free 30-Day Return Policy, excluding final sale items and custom items.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL (SHIPPING PROCESS)

An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic, or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
